- Land and architectural plans are in development
- St. Andrews Village has retained Holly & Smith Architects of Hammond, LA to develop plans for the site
- Groundbreaking set for 2009
- Initial buildings will include four homes; enterprise, recreational, and health services buildings; chapel, dining, and retail buildings
